Chrome Hearts, a luxury retail brand that specializes in handcrafted sterling silver jewelry, heavy leather goods, high-end apparel, eyewear, and custom wood furniture, acquired a three-story retail property at 121 Scollard St. in Toronto's Yorkville district from First Capital REIT for $12.65 million, or approximately $1,787 per square foot, in an owner-user transaction.
