Frontier Realty Group, a new joint venture investment platform formed between Wharton Realty Group and KSR Capital, acquired the Miracle Mile Shopping Center at 4100-4190 William Penn Highway in Monroeville, Pennsylvania, from sellers Alto Real Estate Funds and M&J Wilkow for $75.5 million, or $249.64 per square foot.
