Brittenum and RCP secure $53 million loan to refinance build-to-rent project in Northwest Arkansas

The Brittenum Group, a privately held residential development and construction firm that develops single-family, townhome, and build-to-rent communities throughout Northwest Arkansas, and development partner Realty Capital Partners, a Dallas-based investment firm, secured $53 million in refinancing for The Grove, a build-to-rent multifamily property in Rogers, Arkansas.
