Thompson Thrift, a privately held company owned and co-founded by John Thompson and Paul Thrift, based in Indianapolis and a nationally recognized real estate development and construction firm, announced plans to develop The Whitmore at Ingleside, a new 327-unit multifamily development in the Ingleside master-planned project in North Charleston.
