Hanover Green appointed across retail and leisure at landmark Mayfair Quarter development

Hanover Green, the specialist retail and restaurant advisory firm, has been appointed by Royal London Asset Management Property to lease the retail and dining spaces at Mayfair Quarter, a landmark mixed-use development in the heart of Mayfair.

Hanover Green will work as joint agent with Savills on the retail element and sole agent on restaurants and hospitality.

Hanover Green said the scheme will blend "best-in-class retail and world-class dining within one of London’s most sought-after districts", bounded by New Bond Street, Brook Street, Grosvenor Street and Avery Row.

The firm will advise on leasing strategy and tenant mix across the development, including the flagship retail fronting New Bond Street, one of the capital’s key luxury addresses. Royal London announced two prelets in January to Acne Studios and Peter Millar.

A 10,000-square-foot flagship store at 115 New Bond Street is available, alongside two boutique units on Brook Street. Lancashire Court will form the key restaurant and hospitality part of Mayfair Quarter, proposing a collection of new dining and leisure opportunities.

Hanover Green said its focus will be on curating a "dynamic and complementary occupier mix, creating a vibrant destination that appeals to both local and international audiences".
