Take-up by serviced office and co-working firms has surged across the country in recent years to address occupiers' growing demands for flexibility. Birmingham has been a key target. More than 350,000 sq ft of space has been snapped up by serviced office firms in recent years taking the total space occupied above 1.2 million sq ft (a circa 3% market share). However, certain locations have been far more popular than others.
