Fourth Power, an energy sustainability and grid resilience company spun out of MIT, has secured a 47,500-square-foot lease at 44 Middlesex Turnpike, a recently delivered, 147,000-square-foot manufacturing complex owned by Camber Development and a Wheelock Street Capital investment fund in Bedford, Massachusetts.
