Cushman & Wakefield promoted Megan Such to head of sustainability for the UK.
Such, a sustainability consultant who joined the firm four years ago, will lead the team that handles the integration of sustainability into all owner, occupier, and investor client real estate activity across multiple sectors. She will be work the firm’s Yorkshire and North East regional hub in Leeds.
Such succeeds Tony Comber, who remains at the firm and will oversee broader sustainability operations as UK head of building engineering services and sustainability lead. Cushman & Wakefield’s wider EMEA sustainability services platform is headed by James Woodhead.
Comber said in a statement: "Embedding sustainability into client strategy is more essential than ever to meet growing investor pressure, consumer demand, and the latest regulatory requirements. Megan is a strong team leader and talented sustainability adviser, and her new expanded role will allow her to have an even greater impact on clients and colleagues at Cushman & Wakefield."
Earlier this week the firm announced that it had appointed Henry Fellows as its head of central London development. He becomes a partner and has previous experience at Gerald Eve, CBRE, Capital Real Estate and JLL.
