A property investment firm has acquired an industrial building used by a private jet maker and a recreational vehicle company in the suburbs of Sacramento, California. The deal may suggest, that though the mainstream commercial airline business and the real estate tied to it are in dire straits, investors still view the luxury segment as a risk worth taking.
