US investor Jamestown enters Europe with €289m buy in the Netherlands

Jamestown, the real estate investment firm known for its redevelopment of Chelsea Market in New York, is expanding in Europe with the acquisition of one of the Netherlands' largest mixed-use buildings. The Atlanta-based company also confirmed it is seeking opportunities in London, Berlin, Lisbon and other major cities on the European continent.
