Berkeley Estate Asset Management and architects Kohn Pedersen Fox have submitted a planning application to redevelop 33 Cavendish Square on London's Oxford Street into a close to 1-million-square-foot mixed-use development with Grade A offices, retail and a cultural and creative hub.
