Capital Placement Partners, a private commercial real estate advisory and brokerage firm operating in Central Florida, announced a company rebrand to Blackline. The company said the move is intended to bring a more robust brokerage platform offering deeper analytics, more market intelligence and enhanced execution capabilities for property owners across Central Florida.

"Private owners expect a partner who can think strategically and underwrite with discipline," said Thevin Campton CCIM, founder of Blackline, in a statement announcing the rebrand. “Our mission is simple: help sellers achieve peak pricing by positioning their asset correctly, not by pushing a deal forward at any cost.”

Campton founded the firm after more than eight years of institutional investment sales and advisory experience at global commercial real estate brokerage firm Colliers.

The company confirmed that all current assignments will continue without disruption, maintaining full continuity for existing clients.
