Commercial real estate firm Surmount has signed a real estate deal of its own: a lease for the full 30th floor in the 1185 Avenue of the Americas office tower in Manhattan. The deal for 28,906 square feet was inked this month, with the expectation for Surmount to move in and begin its lease in the first quarter of 2026.
