A small-bay industrial warehouse in El Cajon, California, has changed hands for the first time since it was built in 1979. Bonnie Paradise acquired the Pioneer Business Park at 1050 Pioneer Way from the family trust of the property's developer, Richard Brown, for $10 million, or $225 per square foot.
