Westgate Shopping Center, a Target-anchored, open-air retail center measuring more than 300,000 square feet in Fairview Park, Ohio, was sold by The RH Johnson Co. to Phillips Edison & Co., a national owner of grocery-anchored retail centers, for $51.5 million, or about $166.95 per square foot, in a deal arranged by JLL Capital Markets.
