One of Canada's largest owners of enclosed shopping malls is making choices about where it wants to invest. Primaris Real Estate Income Trust recently took full ownership of Regent Mall, considered to be one of New Brunswick's premier enclosed shopping centres, while also selling its controlling interest in Saint John's McAllister Place.
