One of Canada's largest apartment landlords is set to disappear from the public market this week after Minto Apartment REIT, owner of a 29-property portfolio spanning five major Canadian markets, said all remaining conditions have been satisfied for its $18-per-unit sale to Crestpoint Real Estate Investments and the Minto Group.
