Scottsdale, Arizona-based Fifty Mission Capital and its founding principals, Jared Black of Black Law Group PLLC and Peter Anadranistakis of O2 Capital, has purchased Midtown Flats in the Midtown Phoenix district from Curtis Capital Group for $18.25 million, or about $150,000 per unit.
