Ericsson moves UK HQ to Reading's Thames Tower

Telecommunications giant Ericsson is relocating its UK headquarters from Guildford Business Park to Landid and Brockton Capital’s Thames Tower in a move that market sources suggested will set a new benchmark rent for Reading town centre, CoStar News can reveal.

Ericsson will move its UK headquarters from Guildford Business Park in Surrey into Reading after letting around 37,600 sq ft in Thames Tower covering the whole of the 8th, 9th and 14th floors of the 14-storey tower.
