LandAid, the UK property industry charity, is inviting professionals from across the property and built environment sectors to sign up for LandAid Trek 2026, a one-day challenge taking place from 17 September in Eastbourne as the charity marks its 40th anniversary.

Participants can choose between a 40km or 20km route along the South Downs Way, or take part in Trek Your Way, giving individuals and teams the flexibility to complete their own challenge wherever they are. The trek will raise funds to support young people facing homelessness.

LandAid said in a statement: "The LandAid Trek brings together people from across the industry to reconnect with colleagues, build new relationships and spend time with peers united by a shared purpose. More than a fundraising challenge, it offers a chance to step away from day-to-day pressures and spend time with others committed to creating change. Companies already taking part include the London Property Alliance (CPA & WPA), Landsec and Schneider Electric.

Alice Lamb, deput chief executive and director of fundraising at LandAid, said: "LandAid Trek brings people together in a way few events can. It’s a chance to step away from the day job, meet others from across the industry and do something that genuinely changes lives. Every mile walked helps young people facing homelessness build a brighter future, and we’d love even more people to join us in 2026."

Funds raised through LandAid Trek support charities across the UK, helping young people access safe places to live and opportunities to build independent futures.

Registration is now open. Property professionals are encouraged to secure their place and invite colleagues, clients and contacts to join them for an event that combines challenge, connection and purpose.
