First-Citizens Bank & Trust has purchased a 19,200-square-foot industrial property in Anaheim, California, for $5.95 million, or $309 per square foot, in an all-cash deal. The national financial institution — commonly known as First Citizens Bank — plans to demolish the existing warehouse structure at 1180-1190 N. Tustin Ave. and build a new branch of its bank on the 1.12-acre plot. The existing building was constructed in 1982.
