Sollio Cooperative Group, the largest agri-food company in Quebec, recently leased 1.2 million square feet at 7975 John-Molson Street in Saint-Hubert, Quebec. The massive, 1.7 million-square-foot logistics facility was vacated earlier this year by Wiptec, a Sherbrooke, Quebec-based third-party logistics provider.
