Hy-Vee Inc., one of the largest grocery chains in the Midwest, brought in at least $117.9 million through a package of sale-leaseback deals for stores in the Minneapolis-St. Paul region and western Wisconsin, one of the largest transactions of its kind in the Midwest over the past three years.
