Aviva Investors, the asset management arm of UK insurer Aviva, is aiming to increase real estate loan origination by over a third in 2020, following two years of annual new lending at around £1bn across the UK and Continental Europe, Gregor Bamert, head of real estate finance, told CoStar News.
