£100m Lloyds Chambers sale completes

New York-based Alfred Equities, headed by private investor Abraham Schwartz, has completed its deal to buy Lloyds Chambers in the City of London for circa £100m.

Alfred Equities, which closed the deal a net initial yield of 7%, has opted not carry out the SPPARC Architecture-designed ‘Butterfly’ scheme, in favour of a refurbishment of the existing building.
