Rhode Island-headquartered commercial property insurance firm FM Global, through its real estate affiliate Hobbs Brook Real Estate, acquired a 10-story office building at 10 Memorial Blvd. in downtown Providence, Rhode Island. FM said it intends to occupy approximately 90,000 square feet in the building while maintaining the building's multi-tenant status.
