RealtyLink, a Greenville-based real estate and development company, acquired the Five Forks Shopping Center located at 2607 Woodruff Rd. in Simpsonville, SC from Retail Properties of America, Inc. for $10.72 million, or about $153 per square foot. The 70,177-square-foot shopping center sits on 11.8 acres at the intersection of Woodruff and Five Forks Roads.
