International wholesaler Winix America Inc. has acquired a newly built distribution facility in California's Inland Empire from a private individual for $26.6 million, or about $293 per square foot. The sale of 2688 W. Baseline Ave., Rialto, is the market’s third-highest single property transaction for the quarter, according to CoStar data. Winix is moving into the new location from 4224 District Blvd. in Vernon, a 117,360-square-foot building about 50 miles west.
