Buyer Increases Ownership Stake in Multifamily Apartments to 100%

Richard and Melanie Trull acquired the Mountain View Apartments at 2185 38th Ave. in Longview, WA from the Trull - Krause Partnership for $10.58 million, or about $162,769 per unit, on August 21, 2017. The two-story, 104,000-square-foot, class-C multifamily property that features 130 units and a total of 260 bedrooms was built in 1979. It is located in the Portland/Memorial Park MF submarket and sits on a 3.85 acre lot in Cowlitz County. Whitney Rhoades, Staci Walbridge and Danalee Corso of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller. The buyer was represented in-house.
