Lee & Associates, the North American broker-owned commercial real estate firm, named Randall Allman as its new Michigan president, looking to the industry veteran to grow its presence in the industrial sector.

In his new role, Allman will help guide the firm’s major initiatives, with a particular emphasis on expanding and strengthening its industrial services platform across Michigan while continuing to elevate the Lee & Associates brand on a national level, the brokerage said. His appointment reflects both his longstanding contributions to the firm and his experience as an adviser to corporate and institutional clients.

“Randall’s depth of experience, strong client relationships and strategic approach to industrial real estate have already made a significant impact on our organization,” said Jon G. Savoy, founder, chairman and managing principal of Lee & Associates of Michigan. “We are proud to recognize his leadership and look forward to his continued role guiding the firm’s growth and direction.”

Allman brings more than 32 years of corporate real estate consulting experience, advising clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, investment sales and industrial site development throughout Michigan and the broader Midwest. His career includes representing numerous Fortune 500 companies, as well as delivering portfolio-level strategy for both national and global assignments, positioning him as a key resource for complex, multi-market real estate decisions.

Known for his strategic mindset and client-first approach, Allman has played a critical role in delivering solutions across logistics, manufacturing and distribution real estate, aligning real estate strategy with long-term business objectives.

Allman’s honors include the Commercial Board of Realtors (CBOR) “Leader of the Pack” Award for Largest Industrial Lease, NAIOP’s “Lease of the Year,” First Class Broker recognition and multiple Power Broker awards.

In addition to his transactional accomplishments, Allman is actively engaged in the professional real estate community. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is a certified commercial investment member (CCIM) candidate.

As president, Allman will continue to advise key clients while helping shape the firm’s long-term vision, mentoring emerging talent and driving growth across Michigan’s industrial markets.
