The RO Group has sold the Travelodge located on the Riverside Retail Park, Hankridge Farm in Taunton to The Independent Order of Oddfellows Manchester Unity Friendly Society (The Unity United (Property) Investment Fund) for £3.9 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 6.375%.
