In the latest evidence of New York’s bustling office leasing activity, real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield and investment bank Piper Sandler have signed some of the largest leases in the city this year. The firms are relocating their Manhattan offices in moves similar to other tenants seeking desirable and often interconnected spaces.
