The hotel has a 2010 market value of US$2,399,950, according to the Assessor’s Office. The building’s market value is listed at US$1,982,050 and the land at US$417,000. Further, the property’s 2010 assessed value is listed at US$479,990. The assessed value of the building is US$396,410 and the land’s assessed value is recorded as US$83,580.
The seller is listed as Pine Bluff Host Lodging LLC, which acquired the property in 2007 for an estimated US$436,000. The deed’s transfer date to Boerne is listed as 2 November 2010.
