Alaskan fund snaps up Intu Bromley

The Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation (APFC) has snapped up both intu properties' and Aviva's stake in intu Bromley, in a deal valuing the shopping centre at around £280m.

Intu said it has exchanged contracts to sell its 63.525 % stake to APFC for £177.9m, representing a 1% premium to its 30 June 2016 valuation of £175.9m. The topped-up net initial yield based on market value at the end of June was 5.7%.
