CBRE has hired Danny Scheidler as a senior vice president in its Indianapolis office, where he will focus on industrial occupier representation across the region.
Scheidler brings about a decade of experience advising large industrial users on multi-market real estate strategies. He joins CBRE from JLL, where he was among the firm’s top revenue producers from 2021 to 2025 and worked with national occupiers managing portfolios exceeding 300 locations.
His background includes corporate site selection, location analytics, lease negotiations, acquisitions and dispositions, land assemblage and long-term portfolio optimization for industrial users operating at scale.
The hire adds to CBRE’s occupier services platform in Indianapolis as demand for industrial advisory services continues amid ongoing supply chain realignment and portfolio restructuring by large users.
