Assura agrees £100m financing deal

Healthcare property investment firm Assura has launched a £100m unsecured private placement to help fuel further growth through acquisitions.

Assura said the placement will be purchased by Pricoa Capital Group and MetLife. Each has also agreed additional shelf facilities underlining their further appetite to invest in Assura in the future.
