Odysseus JV starts journey in Leamington Spa with £18m House of Fraser buy

Odysseus Capital Management, the asset manager that counts former Scottish Rugby Union president and ex-JLL director Andy Irvine among its advisors, has bought the House of Fraser store in Lemington Spa for £18.15m after launching a new joint venture with an unnamed overseas investor.

The pair's new company, COREM Investment Management has acquired the 19th century building at 78-86 The Parade from Aberdeen Asset Management, in a deal reflecting a 6.25% yield.
