Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels to take 100% ownership of Peninsula London

The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels has reached an agreement with Grosvenor to take 100% ownership of the landmark 1-5 Grosvenor Place development, which includes the 190-room Peninsula London hotel, while Grosvenor will remain as freeholder and secure a long-term rental income from the hotel.
