SKY reaches for 42,000 sq ft in Glasgow

SKY has signed a five-year lease on 41,700 sq ft on the first floor of the building at £14 per sq ft, I a significant letting for Scotland’s largest city. In the second deal, Actavo, which operates a customer contact centre for Scottish Power, has signed a five year lease on 15,700 sq ft on the third floor, also at £14.00 per sq ft.
