Rockspring and Atlas buy £50m Brum PRS scheme

Rockspring Property Investment Managers LLP, along with joint venture partner Atlas Residential, has acquired a PRS development site on Pershore Road, in Birmingham city centre for a total development cost of £50m.

Rockspring, on behalf of its TransEuropean VI LLP fund, has agreed a deal with Hallmark BY Development, a joint venture between Bouygues Development (which has subsequently been rebranded Linkcity) and Hallmark Investments, the current landowner.
