The Seyon Group, a boutique real estate investment firm based in Boston, has acquired a sprawling manufacturing facility at 112 Barnum Road in Devens, Massachusetts, an area it describes as a rapidly emerging biomanufacturing hub located approximately 35 miles northwest of Boston.
