Store Twenty One reaches agreement with creditors

The owner of Store Twenty One has reached agreement on a Company Voluntary Arrangement with creditors following the support of close to 90% of those affected. It is understood the CVA will include a significant number of store closures.

In a statement business advisory firm AlixPartners and Shoosmiths, the law firm, said they had advised Indian textiles group Grabal Alok (UK) on restructuring options available for the value retail chain Store Twenty One, "as the business seeks to remain competitive in today’s challenging retail environment".
