In another sign that the hybrid work trend won’t render offices obsolete, Hyperscience, a provider of software that helps companies and government agencies automate monotonous data entry tasks, has nearly tripled its footprint in the 1,776-foot-tall One World Trade Center in New York, billed as the tallest skyscraper in the Western Hemisphere.
