Aviva to sell Virgin Media’s Midlands HQ

Aviva Investors has put two office blocks on Eagle Court Business Park near Solihull up for sale for £25.25m, as the positive occupier story in the M42 corridor market continues to tempt investors, CoStar News can reveal.

The buildings, Eagle Two & Eagle Three, make up two thirds of the Eagle Court park, which forms a key part of the M42 corridor, Birmingham’s prime out-of-town office market.
