Leasing activity across Ohio has picked up in recent months, with volumes improving from depressed second quarter levels. Columbus has made the most progress in narrowing the divide between this year and last, with third quarter volumes down just 10% year over year. Still, the second quarter lull is weighing on year-to-date activity, which is 40% below 2019 levels.
