Savills picked Brad Anderson as the firm’s vice president of operations performance on the new Savills Operations Performance team in Atlanta. The team is an industrial real estate and operations platform that provides portfolio strategy, supply chain consulting and operational optimization services for occupiers. Anderson is tasked with expanding the company’s industrial and logistics advisory capabilities nationally, the firm said. He will play a key role in building and scaling the team to support the growing demand for integrated industrial solutions across North America.
Anderson brings over 25 years of experience to the position, having focused on global supply chain consulting and operations strategy. Prior to joining Savills, he held senior leadership roles at Fortna, where he led global consulting and professional services teams at the supply chain and logistics technology company.
JLL said it promoted Angela Gentry to vice chairman of leasing advisory for the New York tri-state region in recognition of her significant contributions to the team. She originally joined in 2022 as executive managing director of sales and platform. In her new role, Gentry will continue her work to advance growth initiatives and enhance client engagement and collaboration across the leasing advisory platform, the brokerage said.
Chicago’s Greenstone Partners has made Jordan Multack a partner. Multack joined the firm in 2022 as a director and was instrumental in expanding its multifamily platform throughout the Chicagoland region. In his new role, he will continue to focus on multifamily investment sales, Greenstone said.
In Tampa, SRS Real Estate Partners boosted its retail team with the additions of Willow Ferrelli and Sandi Bargfrede as senior vice presidents. Ferrelli focuses on tenant representation and the leasing of urban, infill and community-driven retail developments. Bargfrede specializes in tenant and landlord representation and leasing space in ground-up, mixed-use development leasing, the brokerage said. The pair joined SRS from Acre Commercial.
Hoar Construction named Matt Valentine division manager for its Florida Division. Based in Tampa, Valentine will focus on expanding Hoar’s client base and project portfolio statewide, the firm said. Valentine joined the Birmingham, Alabama-based general contractor in 2021.
In his new role, Valentine will be responsible for recruiting and developing talent, working alongside clients and guiding projects from conceptual budgeting through to completion.
Michael Morizio joined Boston’s Ionic Development Co. as project manager. With over 15 years of industry experience, he will play a leading role in advancing the firm’s growth across its higher education portfolio in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, the company said. He joined Ionic from MIT, where he led capital renewal initiatives, campus improvement projects and infrastructure upgrades.
Cohen & Steers appointed Amit Muni as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective June 8. Succeeding interim CFO Michael Donohue, Muni will lead financial operations, investor relations and financial strategies across the global asset manager, which manages assets over $100 billion, Cohen & Steers said. He reports to CEO Joseph Harvey.
