In 2025, the Southeast region recorded a 2.1% occupancy drop and a 0.2% gain in average daily rate, or ADR. The resulting revenue per available room, or RevPAR, decreased by 1.9%. The declining performance was driven by the evaporation of hurricane-related demand and anemic rate growth lagging inflation.
