Colliers named Randy Fink as managing director and brokerage market leader for the Atlanta region. The real estate services firm said Fink will oversee all regional operations, including recruitment, retention and business development.
A 25-year industry veteran, Fink served most recently as dual CEO of Colliers’ Middle East and North Africa operations, along with Asteco Property Management. He worked earlier as managing director of JLL’s southeast property management business and chaired JLL’s Investor Services Executive Committee.
In New York City, Colliers appointed Giles Wrench as executive vice president and head of U.S. enterprise client solutions and global occupier services. The company said Wrench will represent Fortune 500 companies and other large corporate clients, providing services in data analytics, artificial intelligence and related technologies. He brings more than 25 years of experience, serving most recently as vice chairman of JLL financial services.
JLL named Chris Fernandez to lead its workplace management business across the Americas. The firm said Fernandez, based in Austin, Texas, will continue his role as global leader of JLL’s client onboarding experience team. He has more than two decades of experience, with prior work in facilities management, engineering, sustainability and related building services. He joined JLL in 2006 after working as a construction engineer at The Beck Group.
Robert Gutman joined Cresa as a managing principal in its New York City office. The occupier-focused services provider said Gutman will lead structured finance transactions for Cresa’s data center capital markets and advisory platform. His duties include raising and deploying equity and other corporate-level financing, and handling duties related to construction, long-term debt and investor consulting. Gutman joined Cresa from Compass Datacenters, where he was senior vice president of finance and capital markets, also heading investor relations.
Investment firm Partners Real Estate hired John McFadden as a senior vice president in Atlanta. The company said McFadden joined its federal leasing practice, launched in May and headed by Executive Vice President Charlie Johnson. McFadden brings four decades of experience at the U.S. General Services Administration, where he served as a contracting officer responsible for negotiating, awarding and administering high-value commercial leases on behalf of the federal government.
Boca Raton, Florida-based investment firm Second Horizon Capital added Gregory Maloney as a senior adviser. Maloney brings more than four decades of executive experience in retail real estate, asset management and portfolio oversight. He served most recently as chief strategy officer for Centennial Real Estate Co., with prior work at JLL, where his 25-year tenure included serving as president and CEO of the firm’s Americas retail business. He founded GTM Retail Advisors after retiring from JLL in 2023.
Commercial real estate services firm Berkadia appointed Richard Bendit as executive vice president and chief legal officer, based in its New York office. He also serves on the firm's management committee. A 40-year industry veteran, Bendit joined Berkadia in 2011 and previously served as its general counsel. Berkadia is co-owned by Berkshire Hathaway and Jeffries Financial Group.
Denver-based property investment and development firm Realberry named Casey Gebhard as president. In his new role, he is responsible for daily operations and growth planning, Realberry said. Gebhard brings more than 25 years of industry experience, serving most recently as chief financial officer for a separate family-run investment firm led by Realberry co-founder and CEO Chad McWhinney. Gebhard worked earlier as chief operating officer of The Chotin Group and chief financial officer at Ninth Street Capital, a Coors family enterprise.
