Blake Hunter and Robby Holihan joined Colliers as executive vice presidents in the real estate services firm's Orlando office as it expands its retail offerings throughout Central Florida and West Florida.
Hunter and Holihan, along with Yessenia Marcof, who is transitioning from client services to brokerage production, will form a team offering a comprehensive suite of retail services, including tenant and landlord representation, agency leasing, site selection, development advisory and strategic consulting. Hunter and Holihan join from SRS Real Estate Partners, where Hunter served as executive vice president and Holihan as senior vice president and principal. The two bring over 25 years of experience to Colliers.
Franklin Street brought on Kevin Madden, a 30-year commercial real estate and insurance industry veteran, as managing director at the firm’s New York office. In his new role, Madden will advance the Tampa-based commercial real estate services firm’s insurance brokerage division within the city and across the country. Madden joins from Aon, where he served as managing director of the global professional services and insurance brokerage’s real estate practice.
Dallas-based Mohr Partners added Andrew Genova as co-market leader and managing partner, with Justin Barker joining as director for the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. The two will work alongside Peter Berg, Mohr’s longtime D.C.-Maryland-Virginia market leader, who will share leadership responsibilities with Genova, Mohr said. Genova and Barker bring nearly 40 years of combined experience to the firm.
Mari Lehman joined Callahan Capital Partners as vice president of investments. With over 10 years of experience and having previously managed investments at Sterling Bay, Lehman will manage Callahan’s acquisition transaction process and asset management activities, Callahan said. Prior to her time at Sterling Bay, she worked as a member of Zeller Realty Group.
Leah Bold joined Odyssey Retail Advisors as a vice president. Based in Phoenix, she will support Odyssey’s growing portfolio of high-profile retail destinations and clients, the firm said. She joined Odyssey from Taubman, where she held senior leadership roles focused on national retailer relationships, merchandizing strategies and leasing. She has completed over 1.6 million square feet worth of transactions and brings over 20 years of experience to Odyssey.
Italian design studio Pininfarina named Eugenia Di Girolamo as general manager of Pininfarina of America. Effective immediately, Di Girolamo will report to Giovanni de Niederhäusern as Claudio Da Soller concludes his time at the firm. Di Girolamo will work at the studio’s New York and Miami offices and help lead the team steering the firm's architecture and design activities across the Americas, an increasingly important market for the business, the company said.
NRP Group brought on Nicholas O’Brien as vice president of affordable housing development in New York. In his new role, O’Brien will help lead the firm's affordable housing building efforts throughout New York state, with a focus on Long Island, Westchester County, the Hudson Valley and Upstate New York, NRP Group said. O’Brien joined NRP from CREA with over a decade of experience, and reports to Jonathan Gertman, senior vice president of development.
