Barings, a global real estate investment management firm owned by MassMutual, announced it acquired a fully leased life science building called One Patriots Park in the Boston suburb of Bedford, Massachusetts. Privately held real estate investment firm Jumbo Capital Inc. sold the property for $132 million, or just over $919 per square foot, in a transaction arranged by Newmark.
